This album showcases Fotheringay’s stunning appearance at the Holland Pop Festival, on 28 June 1970, in its entirety. The festival was held in the Kralingse Bos, in the Kralingen neighbourhood of Rotterdam, in the Netherlands, from 26 to 28 June 1970.

Fotheringay was a short-lived British folk rock group, formed in 1970 by singer-songwriter Sandy Denny on her departure from Fairport Convention. The band released one self-titled album but disbanded at the start of 1971 as Denny embarked on a solo career.

Featured here, are fan favourites such as The Way I Feel, The Sea, Nothing More and Banks of the Nile, alongside covers of Bob Dylan’s Too Much of Nothing and Chuck Berry’s Memphis, Tennessee, and more.
