This release captures Diamond Head’s blistering gig, at the London Astoria, on 4 November 2005. In addition to a single vinyl disc, a bonus CD, featuring the band’s set in its entirety, is also included.

Considered one of the most pioneering bands of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) movement, Diamond Head’s sound is characterised by powerful riffs, melodic guitar solos, and a blend of hard rock and heavy metal elements.

Featured here, are the classics Am I Evil? and Helpless, both of which were later covered by Metallica, helping to further cement Diamond Head’s influence on the thrash metal scene. Also included are fan favourites such as In the Heat of the Night, Lightning to the Nations, It’s Electric and more.
