How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use premium, double-walled corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffeners and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
Are the records listed on your site brand new or used?
We specialize in 'New Old Stock' and brand new limited edition pressings. Each product page specifies the condition, but the vast majority of our inventory is factory-sealed and Mint condition.
What is your return policy for opened records?
To maintain the integrity of our limited editions, we only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days. If a record has a manufacturing defect or significant warping, please contact us for a replacement or store credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders are handled via tracked airmail to ensure your rare pressings arrive safely and can be monitored every step of the way.
What does 'Limited Edition' actually mean for your stock?
Items tagged as Limited Edition are restricted to a specific number of units worldwide, often featuring unique color variants, heavyweight 180g vinyl, or exclusive gatefold artwork that will not be repressed.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
